III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, has launched “Fireside Reds” this fall, featuring a trio of high-end wine selections by the glass. From October 8 to December 31, guests may cozy up by the fireplace to enjoy glass pours of Goldeneye Pinot Noir ($20), Quintessa Red Blend ($55) and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon ($35). 

Each of the “Fireside Reds” will utilize the Coravin Wine System, a proprietary technology that keeps the cork in place while allowing the wine to flow, protecting the wine in the bottle from oxidation so that every drop tastes the same as if the bottle was just opened.

Pair your luxury wine pours with chef Adrian Corkill’s selection of USDA Prime steaks, ocean-fresh seafood, local favorites, bar bites and more.
