This Thanksgiving, Spanish South Loop restaurant Mercat a la Planxa gives guests the option between a Traditional American Thanksgiving or a Spanish-inspired one. Mercat a la Planxa offers two prix-fixed three-course menus: the first is a Traditional American menu, which includes elevated takes on Thanksgiving dinner staples, such as a Roasted Apple & Cornbread Soup, a Turkey Roulade with an apple-walnut stuffing topped with zinfandel gravy, and a Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart.
