Spice up your Valentine’s Day dinner date with Cantina Laredo’s modern Mexican cuisine. The River North restaurant will offer a three course, $35 prix fixe menu from Friday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 14. Chef Cruz Almanza’s selections (outlined below) include mango salad, chicken and vegetable soup, sautéed shrimp with spicy mango mole, roasted half chicken, peppercorn filet mignon, mixed berries with tequila cream, and churros with a duo of dipping sauces. Cocktail pairings may be added for an additional $15.
