January Experiential Dinner – Monday, January 29, 6 – 9 p.m.

Join Mercadito for their monthly Experiential Dinner hosted by Executive Chef Aldo Ayala. $95 includes five gourmet courses inspired by the cuisine of Mexico’s Northern region. The courses are paired with custom-crafted Clase Azul cocktails.

First Course

Tostada De Ceviche Verde: Lime marinated, stripe bass, pico tomatillo, cucumber, cilantro, serrano broth

Second Course

Taco De Langosta Estilo Rosarito: Black beans, poached lobster, rice, roasted peppers, salsa roja, crispy shallots

Third Course

Burrito De Machaca: Rice, shredded steak, eggs, salsa de molcajete

Fourth Course

Cabrito Al Pastor: Braised lamb barbacoa al pastor, cactus salad, refried beans, salsa de arbol

Fifth Course

Chimichangas: Flour tortillas filled with goat’s milk caramel, pecans, apple, piloncillo
