III Forks Prime Steakhouse is ringing in the holiday season with a special collection of sommelier-chosen wine, perfect for post-shopping sipping and social gatherings. The “Sommelier’s Selections” include higher end varietals, from Veuve Clicquot and Silver Oak to Duckhorn and Justin, offered as glass pours ($20-$58). Step off Michigan Avenue and into the Lakeshore East restaurant for fireside dining and a fantastic happy hour ($1 oysters and half-price certified angus burgers, Monday-Friday from 4-7 p.m.).
