Fonda San Miguel owner Tom Gilliland will open his trailblazing Mexican restaurant once again, as he continues his guest chef series Sunday with celebrated Mexican chef Pablo Salas.
Chef Salas has come to acclaim for the creative cooking at his Toluca, Mexico restaurant Amaranta, which has landed on San Pelegrino’s 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America the last four years.
