It’s tamale time! Cantina Laredo is the perfect place to pay homage to National Tamale Day, Friday, March 23. The River North restaurant recently launched a new menu, and one of the latest entrees is tamales (spiced seasoned pulled beef tamales topped with roasted red bell pepper, tomatillo sauce, cilantro, queso fresco and roasted chorizo corn, $9). Tamales may also be enjoyed as a side dish for $3.75.
