Enjoy select $2 Tacos — including favorites likes Chicken Tinga, Pork Adobo, Charred Butternut Squash, and Braised Short Rib. Teamed with $3 Beers: Dos XX, Corona, Miller Light. $4 Wine: pinot noir, merlo, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, and $5 Craft Cocktails including Gusano Margarita: Tequilla/Fresh Lime Juice/Agave Nectar, and Rojo Gusano’s signature Mezcalada: Mezcal/Cucumber and Lime/Chili Powder, and Mezcalita: Mezcal/Fresh Lime Juice/Agave Nectar.
Rojo Gusano’s new Happy Hour Menu is available Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 7pm. Opened December 2015, chef/owner Dudley Nieto’s Rojo Gusano brings an elevated, global-fusion spin to the simple street foods of Mexico and Latin America, presented in a breezy-casual, surf-themed setting.
