Cafe Hagen
If you’re in search of hygge, look no further than this new Scandinavian-inspired cafe in South Lake Union, which celebrated its grand opening on December 11. The cafe serves specialty coffee from Hagen Coffee Roasters and has its own exclusive coffee line, as well as family-recipe pastries, “brunch selections by a Michelin star chef” (according to their website), snacks, beer, and wine.
