Artango Bar & Steakhouse, located in Lincoln Square, will offer a steak and wine tasting menu on Wednesday, January 30. Chef Saul Roman’s three course prix fixe, paired with Malbec, will be available for $65 per person.
The menu features empanadas and eggplant bruschetta to start, followed by a NY strip steak cooked on an Argentine parilla served with homemade chimichurri, malbec sauce and mashed potatoes, finished with house made flan. Each course is paired with an Argentine Malbec selection, a full-bodied red with smokey, spicy notes and unmistakable tannic structure. The Malbec menu will continue to be offered on the last Wednesday of every month.
