The Bristol, in Bucktown, will be featuring a special BBQ menu the week of Fourth of July. Chef Todd Stein has put together a menu showcasing American favorites like east coast oysters, baby back ribs, pulled pork sandwich and watermelon salad. Plus The Bristol will partner with Half Acre for a 6-tap takeover!
The Bristol will be running this menu from Sunday, July 1 through Friday, July 6, excluding July 4 for which they are closed. Proceeds from this BBQ menu will benefit local charity, Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago.
