French restaurant Le Politique opens its patisserie

French restaurant Le Politique, which opened in the Northshore building downtown last year, today opened its adjacent patisserie.

The French bakery helped by New Waterloo corporate executive pastry chef Amanda Rockman and Le Politique pastry chef Alyssa Hurlstone serves an assortment of fresh-baked brioche, macarons, croissants, tarts and more. The bakery offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as take-out ordering and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
