On Saturday, October 26, both venues will be transformed into a tropical paradise for a serious jungle boogie. Doors open at Celeste starting at 5 p.m., DISCO at 10 p.m. The best part? SX Sky Bar
Craving an upscale Halloween? Grab your fangs and head to The Vampire Ball at SX Sky Bar on October 26 from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Earlybird tickets are available for $10 here and include express entry, a free drink before 11PM, plus free perks from Via, Doordash, Ritual, and Rover. Don’t have $10 to spend? Fret not, SX is offering free tickets if you attend the event on your birthday, fundraise for the event, or agree to spread the word to others. Join Virgin Hotels Chicago for a night of talents and illusions at
their Halloween freak show this October 26. Spanning the second-floor lounge, Commons Club, and the 26th floor nightclub, Cerise, the party will feature musical acts, awe-inspiring talents from contortionists and trampoline artists to fire breathers as well as classic circus treats like cotton candy and popcorn balls.
Tickets start at $45 for entry and one drink on the house before 10 p.m., and guests can also reserve VIP all access passes for $150 to get premium open bar accesses for the whole night.
Z Bar
The rooftop lounge at The Peninsula Chicago, Z Bar, is going wild this Halloween, just their second since opening in the summer of 2018, with an “AnimalZ” theme, Saturday Oct. 26. DJs will spin from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., and special cocktails will be available. Costumes are encouraged. There is no cover charge.

The Talbott invites you to its HOWL’oween Happy hour. Stop by the Talbott with your dressed up pup on October 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for discounted spook-tacular drinks and snacks from 20 East. Humans will receive a 15% discount on food and drinks and doggies will get trick-or-treat goodie bags. Post cocktails, enter your pup in a costume contest. The winning good boys (and girls) get even more prizes.
Untitled Supper Club
Fancy a trip to The Big Easy and a second line dance for the undead? New Orleans fans don’t need to travel down south this fall – Nightmare on Bourbon Street is coming to River North for one night of Untitled’s Thursday night Unbridled show on the night of Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31. It’s an All Hallows Eve party with three rooms featuring over 30 of Chicago’s burlesque, circus, contortion, pole, freak and fantasy performers. Mario Abney and his big brass band will be performing live, as well as DJs throughout the evening and in between shows. Costumes are suggested for one big live performance night on Halloween. Yacht rock in all its groovy, sunscreen-scented glory at the second-annual Yacht Rock Halloween Extravaganza at Bar Biscay, on Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31. Fins Up, Chicago’s preeminent yacht rock DJ duo, will play from 10 p.m. into the wee hours (last call at 1:30 a.m.). Sip vermouth shots with the friendly Biscay bartenders and don’t be shy to order a Miller High Life if that’s your go-to. Expect porrons to be passed around and a flamingo koozie or two.

“The Nightmare Before Halloween: A Tim Burton Experience”
The interactive adventure will take guests through a portal to a magical and sinister world from October 17th – November 3. In addition to photo backdrop moments from BeetleJuice (tiptoe through the graveyards and sandworms), Edward Scissorhands (spooky castle with trimmed shrubs) and Sweeney Todd (beware of the barber chair), guests can sip spooky cocktails, take part in Tim Burton themed trivia as well as costume contents.
If patrons can pry them from bartenders skeleton hands, they can bite into three flavors of boozy candied apples – Pumpkin Spiced Rum Apple with milk chocolate and pumpkin spiced walnuts, Sour Mash Whiskey with caramel and pretzels, and Vanilla Vodka with white chocolate and pretzels. Additional Tim Burton inspired beverages include three flavors of adult Capri Sun pouches, like Ox Blood with Stolen X, Cappelleti, Pomegranate, lemon and rooibos tea.
