III Forks Prime Steakhouse has introduced two new specialty libations for the summer season, the Solstice (Absolut Elyx, St. Germain, Fino sherry, lemon juice) and Love Potion (strawberry-infused Absolut Elyx, Cointreau, lime juice, Monin agave nectar, mint). Each “elevated elyxer” cocktail arrives in a beautiful copper coupe and is served alongside a copper sidecar for easy replenishment. The Lakeshore East restaurant will feature the drinks for $13 in the main bar, dining room and rooftop lounge.
