Here are the stories that made a splash in the Atlanta food world this week.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss-Tucker and her husband Todd Tucker are expanding their Atlanta culinary footprint with a second location of their Castleberry Hill restaurant Old Lady Gang.

The new location will be located in Camp Creek Marketplace on Camp Creek Parkway in East Point, Tomorrow’s News Today reports, taking over for a now-shuttered Boneheads. No timeline was given for the opening.

The original Old Lady Gang, which serves Southern staples such as shrimp and grits and fried chicken and is an homage to Burruss’ mother Joyce Jones and aunts Bertha Jones and Nora Wilcox, opened at 177 Peters St. in early 2017. AJC food critic Wyatt Williams gave it two stars when he reviewed it, writing of the blackened salmon, “(It’s) just right: a strong crust of peppery spices that conceal tender pink flesh.”
