The thermostat has dipped and rainy fall weather is upon us, which can only mean one thing: It’s soup season. That pho is lovingly, expensively crafted (the oxtail broth takes a full 24 hours to prepare), as are the rest of the noodle soups, protein-laden vermicelli bowls, and street-food-inspired small plates, like fried frog’s legs and grilled lemongrass beef skewers.”
